OK, no twisted spokes, but I'm putting playing cards on the fork tubes like I did when I was a kid.

Just gonna throw this out there; you lose weight in the kitchen, not the gym. I can't recommend a low carb - very low carb - zero carb way of eating enough. Never cared for any rabbit food or vegetation, I'm a rather strict carnivore; the only carbs I get are when I drink a beer, otherwise I'm carb free.

The weight reductions and health improvements to a LC/VLC/ZC diet are very well documented. And grocery shopping is simple

I'm putting up the pull up bar so I can get strong. Challenge myself to do more. I got down to 197 a couple years ago, then gained it all back in no time.

So, I noticed this on the left fork tube. It is almost all the way at the bottom of the tube near that metal bushing... Luckily, my local dealership had a few in stock. I am curious how this happened, this part of the tube isn't exposed and is submerged in oil.

That bolt at the bottom of the fork tube is a real PITA!

Well, that's an interesting way to lift a Dyna You aren't putting pressure on the pan under the bike, are you? Or do you have it blocked up keeping the bike's weight off the pan?

Cleaned up the front brake disc. That's it for the day. Gonna chill and have some chili for dinner. Gonna spend tomorrow putting old parts up for sale on Ebay. It's hell being poor-but a lot of this project pays for itself. Pay for new parts by selling off the old.

Lets see, what do I have to sell that may be worth some money.

1. 14" ape hangers
2 aftermarket risers
3 original mini ape hangers
4 original risers
5 black fat bob triple trees
6 original front wheel, axle, and spacers
7 some various crap
8 Aftermarket seats that came with the bike

I dont have it on blocks but theres a bit of metal off of the frame that hangs just below the pan, its resting on that. Theres maybe a quarter inch of clearance between the pan and jack.
