threw some new bars and hand guards on today...was time to go chrome...i also love the traditional t-bar look...

They're Valholl TBars and Destroyer handguards. Quality is great. The Lucky Dave's were nice, very comfortable but just wanted something different...the handguards are the reinforced ones as well...hopefully I won't need to test them on some mirrors...lol. With the riser extensions they sit right at 14".

Not so long ago, it was black out everything. Now chrome is on the rise again, I have five and only one has chrome. damn shame.... I like chrome.

So far today I have managed to remove all the wires that ran inside the old apes, removed the controls, removed the risers.
Here are the new bars laying on the operating table ready for running the wires inside them.

I ran the left side wires through the bars, did a basic install of the controls, blinker, mirror and clutch lever.
I'm not getting used to or really liking those ape hangers at all. Comfy, I will say.
