Fixed my grounding issue on my throttle side. Couldn't get the grip/control to ground, so I ran a wire from a screw in the trees to the riser bolt...fixed. Don't know what's happening there. Also ordered up some 14 inch Biltwell Tyson Bars in Chrome. Wife will crap an apple when she sees that purchase... Next purchase will be some Barnett throttle/idle cables. With all the bar changes I've been doing, my stockers are getting bad.

Today I put the straightshots exhaust up for sale on Ebay. Cleaned some exhaust nuts and bolts, put a little antisieze in the 02 sensor holes. Getting exhaust ready for assembly but before that happens I need to order/buy some more parts (heat shields, rear bracket, clamps, carriage bolts/nuts and whatever else). I'll figure it all out as I go.

Also put the battery on the charger.

Thanks, I took it apart to clean it and this is what happened. Its my Swiss army bike, I travel lighter than anyone I know, so my idea of touring is a tire patch kit, some tools and a tail bag and I'm good for days.

I have a thread over in road trips where I also posted this but am adding it here since I mentioned the Sena headset above and this is a continuation and update of that post.

Wow I've really been missing out for several years. Wife and I just took the bikes out to test the bike to bike intercom system. The Sena "half helmet" system works fantastic and is simple enough even my wife understands how to work it. Being self employed my phone is my only contact with my customers and this system works so well it even blocks the sound of my Short Shots. I am very impressed!!!! I have the Sena for Bell helmets ordered also with the adapter clamps to move it to other helmets also. I highly recommend this if anyone is on the sidelines. This will vastly allow me to get out and ride more without worrying about losing businesss.
