What did you do to your Dyna today?

Semper Fi! Now you gotta fix the horn and primary. Can't leave that EGA out there by itself.

Most don't seem to be reporting any issues with these knock off LED headlights. My knock off does set off the electrical diagnostic light if I switch it to low beam but it's not throwing any DTC's. Leave it on high beam, the CANbus is happy so I just keep it on 'can ya see me now' mode. I could add load to the low beam circuit so the bike sees at least 1.4a but I'd rather not cut in to the wiring so I just ignore the red diagnostic when I do need to use low beam.
It's a nice light and so much brighter than the stock headlight, that red diagnostic is my 'low beam' indicator I will look in to upgrading to a better LED but for now, the added lighting is worth that little annoyance...

When I'm riding during daylight hours I just keep the high beam on. My bike isn't throwing any codes like your CANbus is, so it's just an annoyance that the electrical diagnostic light comes on when I do switch to low beam after dark. Once I restart the bike with the headlight switched back to high beam the diagnostic light clears and stays off until I go back to low beam again.
I don't like the fact it's doing what its doing but I do like how bright the LED is, I will address that with a different LED headlight; I only paid $50 shipped for this LED and it was a test to see if it was worth the coin for one of the better LED's; it is
That's how a Wide Glide looks The 2" tank lift is the perfect choice, it follows the lines of the bike perfectly...

Today I started working on the new(used) OEM exhaust headers. I started cleaning up the front header with some 0000 steel wool and Blue Magic Metal Polish. I bought some semi gloss black high heat spray paint for the smaller black heat shields. I'm going to order some chrome heat shields later. I need the rear bracket and heat shield clamps then everything should be good to go - as far as the exhaust.
