What did you do to your Dyna today?

[QUOTE=TinCupChalice; This unit is over 2 years old now, had surgery and was laid up a while shortly after first buying it and just loading a tune. Bike runs great so I'll just leave it be for now. Plans are to buy an M8 Dyna and I won't be installing a PV or FP3 on it for a while

Bike was runnin a little off since installing the Thunder Torque Inserts. I tried a new map with no baffles through the FP3 but was still getting a lot of engine movement and extra vibration. Contacted Kevin at DKCustoms who suggested applying the map choosing Competition baffles instead. Bingo! Right away I could see it wasn't vibrating as rough. Did about a 30 mile loop and it's definitely running better. A tank or two through autotune and I should be right back to where I was.
Tomorrow we're doing a charity ride. We did a bunch the last few years on the sporty, but this will be the first one on the Dyna. Looking forward to getting back out there and having some fun on the bike with my old lady.

Started installing my t sport fairing tonight and found out the headlight block Included with my kit uses a smaller bolt size than my stock fxdls. Not a big deal other than this is a last minute scramble install to surprise my wife to be on our wedding tomorrow. Trying to have the bike "done" for pics and the ceremony tomorrow. If it weren't for my builds coming down to the wire I wouldn't know what to do.

Yep I agree. Been with mine for four years and we're engaged to be married next year. She wants to ride off on the bike in her dress after the wedding so I figure she's a keeper!

Painted the front fender denim chopper blue to match the tank and put on a fender tip. Put on some head bolt covers and sanded and polished the rear fender to get the pitting out from the old seat. I got the 3Guyz oil filter relocation in today but I'm going to wait until I get to 1000 oil change on the new top end to install it.
