What did you do to your Dyna today?

Good idea on both counts! I moved my WG in a uhaul and used like six or 8 straps to the wood side rails but it was a big hassle and I was afraid I was gonna tear the wood off the walls. I had a time getting the bike over the threshold. I didn't have an area with a raised landing.

Tweeked the preload (+1 full turn) and dampening (+3 clicks) on the Hagon Nitro shocks. Wow, what a difference. The feel is what I've been trying to get to for quite a while. Plush with precision. Road imperfections have the joltiness taken out, and the bike rails through corners.
Also, futzed with the FP3. Started with a blank map and loaded a generic canned map, then ran autotune. The bike is humming nicely.

The lowers on the bike now are aluminum with the clear coat removed - polished aluminum.

Done a lot to the bike over the last 6 months. Went 107 ci and 137HP/142TQ to the most recently finished project, 3° rake with chrome sliders and 2 1/2" longer tubes. Love the look, and it handles even better now.

I went for a nice ride yesterday, and had 3 places with water running across the road due to the rains we have had. So I gave it it's first real bath today being it was filthy.

Huh, I was under the impression that Arlen Ness had transitioned to the caliper adapters with the inserts now. I replaced my caliper adapter when the updated version first became available...
