Finally took the bike out for a 50 mile ride. My first ride of the season. Felt great!

Technically, nothing. But, I did start clearing out space in the garage. With a little luck and some Aleve (damn, this kinds of work makes me sore now ) I hope to start cutting and welding on the HF lift tomorrow night or Sunday.

I installed a burley fairing, turn signal relocaters (just lower them a bit below stock) and adjusted the position of the shifter and rear brake.

WOOT... RSD Morris wheelset!!! After a call to Performance Machine, I found you can custom order most Harley compatible wheels in most Harley hub configurations, I explained in detail what I needed for a hub in a wheel that is not cataloged as a standard part number, a few minutes later special order part numbers were emailed to me. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE .
So what did I order...
18" X 3 1/2" Morris front wheel with a Dyna dual flange hub configuration, 25mm bearings. Special order P/N.
18" X 5 1/2" Morris rear wheel with a Dyna rear hub configuration, 25mm bearings. Standard P/N.
Tire sizes... (still shopping for price)
130-70 ZR 18 Front
180-55 ZR 18 Rear
You know the routine, Photos and review when everything shows up (6 week lead time).

Before
After
Picked up a couple of brackets and bolts from Lowes and extended my headlight so it isn't so recessed in the fairing.

Brian - I ordered the 24" from The Forge : http://www.theforgellc.com/wide-glid...with-pad-2010/

If you want the luggage rack you need to call them to make a custom order. They were great to deal with and very responsive. The welding is top notch and the bar fit perfectly to my bike. With shipping it came out to about $350.
