Towed it to the shop to get the gas tank check valve rebuilt. I spent two hours Sunday trying to get those O-rings in properly with a pick set and a mirror. Mechanic had it done in 15 minutes for $40.

If I could figure out how to load pics.... I would there not loading.
Replaced the ten bars with fourteen inch bars, rim swap with larger rotors....
Bike is now complete!

Well dropped the rear fender off at paint and installed some 3.5" rise big als handlebars and night train risers. Also ordered a t sport fairing. Trying to get this fxdls together and ready for my wedding next month.

Ok. Actually been over the course of a couple of days, but I have installed 3° raked fork cups and polished the triple trees. Now I am installing chrome sliders with 2 1/2" longer tubes. Got the right fork done tonight, and should be done with the left fork tomorrow night.

Something seems Asymmetrical and "Off" about your front-end...like the axle won't even line-up

Now tell me you pressed the original stem out from the top (threaded end) down through the tree...please (opposite of the way the new Vulcan went in)

Lol. Yeah, guess I'll have to slide that right fork up higher in the tree to make it line up...;-)
It presses up from the bottom after the snap ring is removed, and the Vulcan goes up into the bottom tree. But you already knew that, didn't you....
