I rode the **** out of it this morning and ended up at the Ace Cafe for a bit of lunch. Then rode home again and should really wash it but I can't be arsed.

made a 4 hour ride yesterday with my son...it was cloudy and a chilly for late April down here and we were a little underdressed, but it was a good ride and always good to ride with my son.

Got too many chores on the burner today but it looks like a clear sunny day.

I need to plan my weekends better.

Too many items in the to do list today for me too. It is one of the few perfect riding days we get in Texas. Down here around Houston at least.

run a resistor in parallel and it will fix the issue. I can't remember what ohms you need but a little research will give you that info, it is a simple fix.

Excellent The diagnostic light only comes on with low beam, leave it on high beam and the diagnostic light is happy but I sure can't run around at night with my high beam on constantly. I know the diagnostic light on isn't hurting anything, but it sure does overload my OCD seeing it there

Default Yesterday continued today

I rebuilt carb, but now the gas just runs out the bowl drain.
I remove the bowl and poured a little gas in and sure enough it all just runs out the drain eventhough the screw that is supposed to stop that is tight.
Any ideas?

I've done some small changes during winter. Got rid of the lame tank emblems and replaced them with airbrushed oldschool logos. Also changed headlight to a daymaker and replaced oem footpegs with aftermarket-ones. Starts to feel like the bike is done...

Wow love your bike Finnbob.

Installed a K&N and Power Commander V that came pre-loaded from Fuel Moto...WOW, I don't think I'll even bother with a dyno tune...the bike is spot on!
