Haven't really looked at that mod
I haven't looked into yet either. I'll probably just run the stock single piston this year. The 99 swingarm causes issues because of the thick bracket slider. I don't think there is a reasonably easy way around that. Start getting into swingarm mods and it quickly becomes just as easy to weld on the tabs for sprocket brakes or other super-clean aftermarket solution (reaction rods, etc.). Been kinda leaning toward a Wilwood or PM setup back there with an off-the-shelf bracket, but really I'd prefer to keep all three calipers matching. We'll see.

Yeah, that would be an odd combo...aftermarket Rear with HD fronts (regardless, that the fronts didn't come on your bike). Much more common to have different fronts (aftermarket, sport bike, etc) with a Stock rear (or all 3 changed).

Hit 120 mph racing an M3 on the 241 this morning. That a way to start the day.

Put on the Two Brothers 2-1. More of a "growl" than the Bassani Road Rage plus it's shorter which I feel fits the look of the Fat Bob better as well as marginally lighter. Dyno numbers just about equal. I also put on the smoke turn signal covers but that's not a biggie. I've got this bike just how I like it, resisted the dealer offer on a trade towards a Low Rider S LOL. Don't want payments again now that this is paid for.

Default Spring Break Projects

The boy came home from school for a week so it was time to accomplish a few mods we have seen you guys do. He hasn't been home since Xmas so we are riding and wrenching this week.
Added DK Customs 2" risers to the stock bars, no issues with brake or clutch cables there.....threw on the GBG license plate relocation kit last night.
Have the Love Jugs Mighty Mite fans to throw on next but waiting for the SB horn bracket to show up before we can do that. May just have to wait until he graduates next month and comes back home.
Thanks to all for the great ideas on the forum and the technical help. Great information here.

Installed Predator engine mount. Went pretty smooth. Did find one of the top stock mount bolts barley more than hand tight though. Did a 12 mile test ride (cold), seems to have less vibration, but tightening stock one might have helped that. Oh well, it's only money.
Oil cooler going on tonight. Had planned on doing both at once since frame mount bolts need to come out for both, but decided to check it before getting in any deeper.

=\ well my 2016 FXDL was stolen 2/28/17 i owned it for less then a complete year had it half way paid off and over 3500 in aftermarkets on it..... so... i went and bought a 2017 FXDL last friday.... have a custom sissy bar im putting on tonight and some vance&hines big shots i think not completely positive i had laying around im gonna throw on her til i get another thunderheader. anyway.... after i get some bars i think im going to go with that road warrior you guys posted up it looks sick!

this thing sounds like a damn lawnmower without a pipe... V&H will have to do for now..... so i was running a FP3 with my last setup worked great for me.

i dont currently have a fuel control unit i can use but i do want to install these V&H for the mean time, im not modding the intake until i get my thunderheader and fuelpak or PV....

would just like to get some opinions if this is alright... i dont want to waste the money on the dealer flash... and dont really have 500 to drop on a control unit for at least a few weeks to a month.

With just exhaust you shouldn't need any fuel programmer.
