Whats that you say? Please explain.

The only reason I found this was because I went to have a fresh 95 top end put on. Heads ported and flat tops and my indy builder called me to show me this. He recommended I not throw the new stuff on and that I split cases to have this cleaned out and to determine the cause.

I am pulling the bottom case for a rebuild for sure then she gets a new 95" top end.
I don't see much scoring on the sides of the piston. You can still see the machining marks above and below the top ring. Maybe a worn intake valve guide?

Post some rebuild pics for us...

That thing had to be detonating like a ****! Lucky it was even still in one piece. Great reason now to build bigger, stronger, badder!!!!! What do the valves and interior of the combustion chamber look like?

I went with the black LED license plate frame.

Those are the parts, but shop around online for the HD stuff and you can find them a little cheaper.

I still need to get the pad for the sissybar and order a T-Bag.

Trying to figure out if my bike already has the docking kit. I bought the bike used so I am not sure but it looks like it has the grooves that might accept a removable seat back? Anybody know?

What did I do?? I rode a little over 200 miles. Hit a bump and my bars slipped back. Fixed that and tightened my bar clamps that dad worked loose.
Rode home on the interstate, lovely state had ground the lane, and hit a massive pot hole. Bars slipped again. So I got home and pulled the bars and scored both the riser and bars. So if they slip again I will be adding new bars....
But I had a great ride!

Did the Moons tail light switch today. Gonna pull the OEM signals off in a few days when we get the lift in the garage and do the shocks.

New member says hello to all! I moved it into position in my garage for a tin redo and customization of sorts.
