Gave it an oil change, clutch adjustment, steering head bearing adjustment, tightened the drive belt, tyre pressures. It felt great to ride afterwards but it always does after the steering head bearings are adjusted. l'll bleed the brakes and adjust the throttle cables tomorrow.

Predator mount in the house! I'm impressed how quickly it arrived from the U.K., FedEx international priority for the win. This Predator HDD100M is one solid, well made piece of hardware. Looking forward to the install and then finally testing it out once spring finally arrives.

I'll remove the oil filter relocation billet engine adapter to make the install easier; I may remove the Jagg thermostatic adapter as well and replace the oil cooler hoses and fuel injection clamps at the same time...

I thought it was overly heavy, but after removing the frame adapter, I'm thinking the weight isn't so bad. I suspect the isolator spacer block is aluminum. Haven't put a magnet to it to check, tho. I also want to try and look up the isolator part number to see about cost/availability of replacements.

Late model battery cover installed, I like the look. 75 more tuning miles with TTS MasterTune, the bike is running really well, no pops, light crackle from 4000 rpm throttle chops, it keeps getting better as the tune goes on, hot starts are perfect as are cold start. I did some tuning with the idle set at 750 rpm just to get some more AFR blocks ticked off, reset the idle to 950 rpm, now the bike will get underway with no throttle applied and delicate use of the clutch.

I'm pretty much copycatting a bike I really like. There's nothing necessarily wrong with that is there? That's a rhetorical question. I don't think so!

I just ordered a pair of these mirrors...for now I'm just collecting parts, selling off parts.

Installed my V&H slip on exhaust. Omg. Now it sounds like a harley. Didn't get to test ride it but can't wait now. Come on spring.
