Don't worry. Even if they do come with 117s, they won't be able to tune theirs since it is a '17.

Personally, I am dropping a tuned 117 in my FXDLS this week.

Very true. Speed costs. How fast do you want to spend?

Funny, but I've never owned a Harley for speed. Have owned a Triumph Sprint 1050, a ZZR1200 and two Concours 14's for speed fixes. Dead solid stable at speed, were each of those. My FXDC felt twitchy at 85-90 MPH. I simply enjoy riding Harleys for Harley's sake. The XR1200 has enough funtime power for me today.

Ordered bigger starter (allballs)

Dropped one set of wheels off to get PC (hub and rim, leaving spokes chromed)

Picked up a set of pirellis

Getting pieces in place to do a compensator / chain tensioner / clutch upgrade (planned for next oil change)

Mounted up all the docking hardware and installed the passenger backrest. Waiting on more parts (and tuner, shh) to come in for this weekend.

Tired of spokes - seems everybody has em

21X2.15 front - for old school chopper look

Did consider the 21x3.5 - but I'd need to split the fender and tig in a spacer.., then repaint - welding I can do..., painting (specifically the prep) drives me nuts

And it seems everybody has a 3.5 front wheel these days

Rear is a 18x5.5

They're RC components - for a little added flair having the rim / hub PC'd gloss black
