Put the HD docking hardware on, and threw on a sissy/backrest/luggage rack so Momma will sit on the back tomorrow.

WTH? 20+ years of riding on the back of my sportbikes, and she thinks she gets a backrest, now? Women...

Some days, motorcycles just need a day of rest and being left alone. When everything you attempt to do goes wrong, it was probably just one of those rest days, you just didn't know it. tp

Finally got my 30t pulley, SE clutch spring, and mid shifter with bung king shift linkage on. What a difference, i love the gearing! when the belt eventually gives ill go chain drive and keep a similar ratio.

You got that right. Plus, I'm still waiting on the new brake pads to arrive. I really want to start on the brakes next. The front fender hardware is proving difficult, and for some reason I am not feeling any motivation to mess with the hand controls or lengthening the wires.

Perhaps if you get TJ->'s UPS driver to deliver your brake pads, it would improve your day.
Yesterday I replaced the rear tire on my Ninja. Took only a few minutes to get the wheel off. Took my son and me 45 minutes and a cut knuckle, to get the the thing back onto the bike. Guess it was a day of rest for my bike, and I failed to notice it. tp

That would improve my day! I need to get my Kawasaki back on the road too. Its carbs are in pieces, going to "rebuild" them with new o-rings and gaskets. The tank I coated the inside with 90 weight gear oil so I need to flush that. Need to go through the brakes and hydraulic clutch. I'll get started on that after the Dyna. Got a pic of your Ninja?

Edit: here are some pictures of how the Dyna stands as of now. I messed with the front fender spacers a little tonight. There is too much slack/back and forth with the current bolts/spacers. Going to order some that will work better. In the end I may leave the front fender off.

Thanks for the compliment.
Those bars are Harley Davidson
1 1/4" mini apes from the dealer.
They are very nice and quality, but I'm not crazy about the 4" risers.

Just had my 10K work completed. My Super Glide Custom is running great. About a month ago I installed quiet baffles in my V&H straight shots and still can not believe what a difference they make. It is really nice to hear what is going on around you! Have a good Fourth of July!
