The black part is paint. I sanded the entire piece then masked off the sides and the area around the indicator lights and the switch then used primer then black satin spray paint.

 

Completed the bars project today. Installed Wests Coast MX-Tbars. Had a little difficulty feeding the wires through the bars but I prevailed. Love the new look. What a difference from the stock bars. Just waiting for the fairing to get painted....

Officially done with front turn signal relo and adding the Bassani. The new A/C is arriving today.

 

Just bought myself a used Dyna over the weekend.

07 Super Glide - V&H straight shots, unknown tuner and air cleaner.

Brought her home and immediately took off the Mustang seat, chrome rack, and soft bags and got it a little closer to my liking. Here's a before and after shot from the first day I owned it. Long way to go, thinking of going with cams next.
