finally knocked the baffles out of my dusty SEIIs and put in the DK TTIs that have been creeping around my garage since forever ago.

that explained the tuning issue. couldn't hear it because George Thorogood was explaining the finer points of "not paying your rent and getting drunk instead" to me.

i'll take it out tomorrow and try again

fun times...................

It's hard to tell in looking at those images I'd wonder if those W258's are creating too much restriction, you want a 1/8" to 5/8" gap between the outer edge of the TTI and the inside of the pipe. If you've got at least 1/8" you should be OK to go...

These are W158's in my pipes:

Do you have a link to the bushings you used on the FXDL?

I put them on my buddies heritage as well. They work great, the Riser does not move at all.

Put '13 street bob header pipes on my '14 low rider. Have Rush slip-ons with 1.75 inch baffles on order. Also ordered 2.00 baffles in case the 1.75's are too quiet. Don't really know why I'm doing this. Maybe just bored.

Any tuning issues going from the 2 into 1 with cats to the superglide headers?
