Ended up taking a sick day **cough** and finished up the bars, and got it all buttoned up. The clutch was rerouted, and I put it through the upper tree. The cables are adjusted the way I like and she's ready to ride if the weather turns good again.

The only thing left to do is cut the cats/baffles and install the TTI's and ceramic coat the mufflers. I'll start that on my next days off.

http://www.dkcustomproducts.com/Thun...nserts_c57.htm

finally knocked the baffles out of my dusty SEIIs and put in the DK TTIs that have been creeping around my garage since forever ago.

was having a terrible time getting a stable tune, then i was at light and kept hearing a ringing/clanging noise. pulled over and investigated. the front cylinder TTI had somehow gotten loose and was doing a Muppet dance in the pipe...

that explained the tuning issue. couldn't hear it because George Thorogood was explaining the finer points of "not paying your rent and getting drunk instead" to me.

i'll take it out tomorrow and try again

fun times...................
