What did you do to your Dyna today?
Its a 117 @ 11.2-1, t-man street performer cvo heads, 58mm tb, 6.3 inj, Thrashin AR exhaust and Cycle-Rama 630 cams.
It runs amazing, which is all I care about. It’s just different from the way it was previously setup with the tman 590s and the 30t compensator. That build was hitting 120 tq @ 2500 rpm. It would rip your arms off if you let it, but it also petered off fairly quickly and felt labored on the interstate during long rides. Don’t even get me started about riding it in the rain lol
This setup was geared more towards highway riding and being less picky on fuel as I plan to keep going out west. I can grab 4th or 5th on the interstate and be north of 120mph in the blink of an eye. I’d say mission accomplished.

5 psi would equate to a temperature change of about 50 degrees F.
Did anyone put the wheel into a water tank? Pump it up to the max allowed pressure and stick it in a tank and watch for bubbles. Eventually it'll show itself.

Temps have been consistent this week at about low 50's overnight and anywhere from 70s-80s during the day. No water tank. Sprayed around the valve stem and both sides of the wheel along bead
It's possible the tire leaks through the tread or sidewall. Spraying the bead won't expose that.
Isn't this the tire that came from Cycle Gear, and was also checked by your son? Neither of them have a tank? Some times that's what it takes. A little dish soap in the water makes it bubble up a lot better.

Yeah I have to agree with you, mid-thirties would have been my expectation at the minimum... Not really sure about the heads but that's usually where everything's done.. I personally like Hillside's heads.. There's a lot of knowledge in that shop when it comes to the art of air flow....
I didn't study your build but usually early cylinder fill is the key to low down torque and power... With that in mind you would probably not see that dip.. This is one of the reasons why I like Woods cams.. They fill the cylinder early making for good power down low while still running out up top...
