I took it out for the first shakedown, and it was TOO damn cold! All new rotors, new pads on the rear, chain drive, new cam, retuned suspension up front, new rims/tires, etc., etc. It ran like a champ, no worrisome noises, just new ones from the chain and maybe a little more valve train noise? I didn't get on it, just circled the neighborhood bedding the rear brakes, making sure nothing fell off, pissing off parents and getting little boys on bicycles to stop and wave. I have a few bolts that need to be tightened but no leaks, weeping or burning. More pics and details soon.

It was my hands. My heavy gloves don't have any grip on the fingers so I can't wear them, so I was left wearing my MX gloves and yeah, no bueno.

That's my biggest problem as well I don't have the guards on my bars I don't like the way they look. I'm not a BMX guy... Lol ... But I do wear the jersey driving gloves with the red liners they do okay and I don't lose my grip or nothing cuz they're not too big or bulky..

Finally got mine pit back together after being in an accident that broke my ankle. Cleaned her up and took a ride. Getting out of that headspace is gonna take some work. My old Bassani RR got trashed so had to throw on the Short Shots. Hate them. Probably going RR2 next.

Beautiful bike! Those front brake lines look like they are stretched to the limit. How many inches over are you?
