It is partially your pipe, what brand and model?... I'm very familiar with the Woods cams, especially the W8.. It's a mid to upper range cam, 3000-6500 rpm. I ran one for a long time.. The power ranger was amazing.. If you don't mind saying, What exactly is in your build?
Reversion is most noticable in the higher rpm range, A Supertrapp pipe should clear up a lot of your issues.. I was running 32 disks on my setup and it was flawless.. Who did your motor work?

Thanks for the info. That is a Hillside Cycle 110CI, Woods 8-6, Scotts stage 4.5 heads, about 10.8 on compression, HPI 55mm throttle body, R&B racing Pro Stock pipe.
I assembled the motor.

That should do better than that, call Lynn at RB racing 310-532-4116 and see if you can get some type of baffle for the pro stock... I've used the C Style LSR which has a louvered baffle and works very well.. No dip and ran out to 6500 np.. I would put in a call to Scott also.. maybe he can recommend a pipe or even a better tuner..

I'm going to have to agree with 98hrfb and say somethings up. Also I'm leaning towards the pipe not being the issue but that's just me. Even though you don't have a ton of cubic inches it seems like you've got a solid set up. When tuning I'm not worried about numbers but rather that graph and in my opinion that graph isn't doing it for me. I have straight drag pipes on mine and my graph doesn't dip like yours. Just my opinion.

Yeah, usually air flow issues show more towards the right of the graph. Dipping by almost 15 at 2200-3000 would seem like a different issue. Some tuners keep those RPM ranges within cruising AFRs so you lose power when you try to accelerate through it.

Thanks for the info, I am sending the sheet to Scott and get his opinion as well. It would be nice if it was not the pipe. I don't think its the clutch because I was standing by the bike while it was on the dyno and I never heard it rev higher than the tire was moving. So you guys seam to think that the bike is fat in that area and therefore lazy? Also, Lynn was supposed to send me a baffle months ago. So far, I have not seen it.
One more thing, those are 1 3/4 head pipes, could they be too small?

Went to put some miles on the new motor and made it about 15' until I realized that:
1. You can put '20 Lowrider rotors on a old dyna however,
2. The fronts are slightly larger than what came on it.
I didn't realize it when I buttoned up the calipers because they went on smoothly, it was only until I tried to go for a ride.
After I realized it I decided to go old school. This is where some of you may hate me haha.
I put the bike back on the stand, spun the wheel by hand and hit it with a grinder lol.
After a couple of times of cutting it down check, making sure clearances are right I can say I'm done and they fit great. I have to say I'm glad I went with a grinder and it didn't turn into a bigger deal than what it actually was. Most likely wouldn't notice I used a grinder unless I told you haha.

Also I put the newer Screamin' Eagle Rotors on my FXR. A couple weeks ago I went on a 150 mile round trip and about half way I noticed my speedo quit working. That's when I discovered that even though the I.D of the newer rotors are bigger than the originals, it's not enough to allow the speed sensor to sit in the hub. Last night I cut a small notch in the rotor to give my new sensor some room. Again it's a little ghetto but hardly noticeable.

I'm glad to have both bikes on the road and now my biggest decision is which one to ride this weekend!
