What did you do to your Dyna today?
Took the collision and towing off my insurance for the bike. Winterized the motor and put up on the lift. Will be replacing the front tire this week once I get a quote from my HD dealer.

Do you really save that much? Normal bike coverage in our area is really rated per 9 months.. I pay $229 annually for same (collision/Towing 2 bikes).. I leave it alone just incase we get a nice day here and there and decide to bundle up and go out. I'm known to ride quite often in 40* temps..
Sheesh... motor looking spicy!!!

Year round I pay $283.00 every November. When I take the collision and towing off in December for the winter, they credit my card $184.00. Costs me $99.00 for Comprehensive and liability till May. Then I put collision and towing back on in May for $100.00 because 5 months of the new year are over. So doing it this way saves me a little over $80.00 a year. I never ride on a nice day in the winter because of the salt.
Well, December-April and start riding again in May here as well. When there's ice on the road you have to wait for a good rain in the Spring to get the sand and salt off, it usually takes that long.

I can beat that...it's often too cold here in Oct and sometimes it even snows in Oct. May sounds about right though, by the time it warms up and the damn government has gotten out to clean up all the sand and it's rained a bit to wash away the chemicals. Maybe April, but unlikely.
