Added a few Willie G parts since when I bought the bike in December it already had a Chrome Willie G derby cover on it , will change the Chrome controls to black at some point to match the pegs, shifter,and brake pad
Took the weekend and rode to my parents place near Sioux Falls, SD to go to a Sprint Car race with my dad. Stopped by this cool watertower in Pipestone, MN, which I've seen hundreds of times, but never actually stopped and walked up to. It was built in 1921 from poured concrete which I imagine is fairly unique.
Somewhere along the trip a seal let loose in my rear caliper, so every time I hit the rear brake it sprayed fluid everywhere. Fortunately not much use for a rear brake on wide open midwest highways, and traffic was light when I arrived home in Minneapolis. So I'll be adding rear brake caliper rebuild/replacement on my to-do list this week.

Installed new battery and Cycle Electric voltage regulator, and have a brandy new Stator on the way. Last yr I replaced the coil . I'll have piece of mind for a while.
Wish they were a little bigger but I like them. I had Viking bags that were on before but they required some customization that didn’t hold up and both broke on a road trip. Ordered the bags from BAD&G on 6/20 and they arrived today (6/28). Install 5 mins.

I LOVE Bad&G bags! Man, you must carry a lot of **** because those bags look HUGE! Here's my Bad&G Solo bag for comparison.
Have not had much time for the bike lately. I finally had some time but it was around 100 degrees here in East Texas so, I pulled the exhaust and installed my ARP bolt kit.

They are from Alloy Bolts out of Florida. I bought them from Ebay because it was easy. Here is the link https://www.ebay.com/itm/132240645638. They will send you a message and make sure they send the correct kit for your bike. the only ones that did not work on mine where the point cover bolts, the heads where a little too small. I still need to do the rocker covers but I was waiting to get chrome rocker covers before I replace the bolts. It took a little time but it turned out great. They really stand out in the sun. The picture below is from last night when I got it back together.
