I canned the KNS gauge pod for an NOS FXDXT pod. Had my buddy spray it gloss black. I like this much much better. The KNS pod looked overly “Mickey Mouse” ear-ish as it put the gauges up quite a bit higher. This has more of a stock look in my opinion.

Blacked out the lower half of the windshield on my Dyna Switchback this afternoon.

Since the weather has finally warmed up and feels like Virginia in May, I’d woken up at 5 am the past two Saturdays just so I could get on my girl and have some of the stuff she gave me years ago.

We fitted the dash with the rev counter & the brembo calipers off the V-rod, touring models
Such a massive improvement in braking performance & feel

It looks like the pads are running off the outer edge of the rotor.

New clutch basket, chain and Darkhorse MOW compensator, w/Baker AA.



New pulleys, front/rear and new belt.

I took the spring preload on the rear shocks from 4 to 5 (max) this morning. It rides well enough now (no bottoming,) but I think that I see some shock shopping in my immediate future.

Took the Dyna out for some wind therapy this afternoon. God I love this bike. It's super comfy and so nimble and playful!
