Broke it. Yay.
I picked up a set of extended turn signals which I've always thought would help. Yep. You can guess where this is going.
Instructions say to "gently pry the old switch out." So I gently pried.
*SNAP*
F$%^& switch snapped right off. What an incredibly stupid, retarded, idiotic design. The switch itself is paper thin plastic and comes attached with the wire harness and turn signal???? Are you F()*^$#% kidding me??!>!!!> Why make the tab so easy to snap off if you want us to "pry" off the G(*&DA*M switch cover???
And the only place you can order a new switch assy is Harley for almost 300 bucks. EFF. MY. LIFE.
I have super glued the little piece that broke but I am really getting sick of fixing this piece of money pit. Maybe it's time to sell it. I'm sick of Harley nickel and diming us every turn. Man, I haven't been this pi$$ed in a while.

January in NH. -2f this AM. Not burning up much road. Got rid of the "pie tin" intake and replaced with an S&S. Also found some new old stock rear axle nut covers so put them on.
Waiting - waiting - waiting for warmer weather.
