What did you do to your Dyna today?
Very interesting concept. Makes way more sense to me than the available style that move the lower mount. The only concerns I'd have with this is strength and moving the tire closer to the fender without reducing the travel of the shock, but I'm assuming you've worked these things out.
303 Mind you is 30,000 psi steel I should have known better.
Next Rev. 17-4 H900 Hard 190,000 psi along with 170,000 Hardware. No strength issues now.
As for clearance Clarence, I'm using 6" rim with 200mm 50 17" Avon Cobra and have completely sanitized the inner fender and have .150" - .170" clearance.
The 412 / 12" shock I believe has 2.9' OF Travel. The tire can travel the entire shock travel and not hit top inside of fender.

Snagged a nice pillion seat on eBay, added a little hardware from Ronnie’s and mounted it to my back fender. No 2 up riding planned in the immediate future, but at least there’s a seat now just in case😂

My wife bought me LED lights for the garage. Holy cow I didn’t realize how much I needed these.

I have the same LED bulb in my garage, and BOY, is that thing BRIGHT!!! I couldn't believe the difference! Got mine from Amazon, in case anyone else wants one. LOVE it!!
BTW, are you thinking about selling that solo seat on the workbench?

I know this is a "personal" thing, but I never liked those headlights that stick out so far, so I might have seen if I could turn around that mount block, to try to pull the bucket further back between the trees/forks, for a more streamlined look.
