black is oem I would imagine...still debating that mod for mine. I bought new grips ....who knows where they are? lol I bought 'em a few years ago and were put on a shelf......somewhere....

There wasn't much room to work with under the seat and the existing wires were tight with no slack. I added:
  • Long blue stabilizer
  • Two sets of large connectors. One is a piggyback for the stabilizer and the other is a piggyback for the rear light
  • One set of small connectors that feed the rear light
  • Wire harnesses for the stabilizer and rear light
Everything clears the bottom of the seat, but there is no room to spare under there now.

Cleaned 6 years of hardened sludge and varnish out of what was at first glance thought to be a lost cause gas tank on my wife's new garage find dyna.
First photo was actually after my first pass with a plastic putty knife and some sea foam deep creep. After that I was hitting it with heavy duty carb cleaner and watching it sheet off.
still needs one more pass to be acceptable in my eyes
