Since those were recently added, I'd be looking at them first! Did you install a relay with the motohorn? Maybe that could do it? I would also be checking and verifying the connections to the Powervision, too. If you didn't have this issue before installing those, it's likely one of them that's causing your problem.
ABQ, this drain has been going on for four or five years. I installed the relay on the horn, and when I checked the drain I disconnected both the powervision and the horn - still had the drain.
Forgot to mention. I installed some Memphis shades handguards for a 250 mile ride from Alameda county to Tuolumne County. Did a ride with my father in law on father's day weekend.

Put a Fat Boy front fender on my Fat Bob.
I've always thought the the Bob was ugly from the neck forward. The tiny fender, dual headlights, and handlebars just don't appeal to me.
So, I've added a Heritage Classic headlight, Road King winshield, and now the fender. Next project will better handle bars.
