That FING sux!

Hey... Do you use iPhone? I ask, because there is a known issue with the FP3 and iPhone. The new units may have been corrected, but as of July of this year, my new unit wouldn't connect to my iPhone. If you do use iPhone, and you have any trouble at all, let me know. No worries if you do have troubles, V&H was awesome to work with, and you're semi-local to them, so you can get a new unit with no trouble at all.

Getting ahead of myself here, but seeing as your waiting so damn long for the bike, I'd hate to see another issue thrown your way.

In the process of adding 15 cubic inches to my 88....

Put the new hydraulic cam chain tensioner plate together with the Screaming Eagle cams and various bearings on my lunch hour. Glad I pulled the whole motor down, as the vintage spring tensioners were toast. New 103CI stroker crank due in Friday. Still gotta pull the OEM cam bearings out of the cases and install the Timkens.

If you are doing the case work yourself, you need to post a new Thread with lots of pics and tips!

Slowly reassembling after getting parts back from powder. Just waiting on my inner primary. Getting a good feel of what the end result will look like.
