What did you do to your Dyna today?
Scored a brand new front set of Wilwood GP310's for the TSport at the local cycle swap over the weekend for $300 (one side retails for $284 plus tax and shipping so I think I did alright). Much needed, stock calipers were a lot more clapped out than I thought...
The Wilwoods weren't as "bolt-on" as I hoped, had to rig up some makeshift spacers and hardware to test fitment. Took them for a ride and they're a killer improvement over stock. I was looking at doing a Tokico swap but these look a little cooler IMO and they do the job VERY well.
Now I just need to fab up a proper set of spacers and pick up some proper length ARP bolts but the mish-mash of stock and random stainless bolts should hold up fine until they arrive. A solid much needed upgrade, even though it took some $$$ out of my thunderheader fund...lol

On my 2013 Street Bob, I'm going to relocate my license plate mount. I bought a shock mount bracket from Revzilla and I'm going to recurve that and naturally mount it to the left shock. Then I took off my directional and my old license mount and in the first picture you can see the screwdriver pointing to the bottom of the bracket.. This is where I'm going to drill and rechamfer, so I can rotate the light around 90°, so it'll shine down on the newly mounted license plate on the shock mount.. I'm also going to cut the actual license plate mount off of the swivel bracket, file it down nice so I can remount it to the mounting bracket at the directional... In the pictures you can see where I'm pointing to the bottom of the bracket where I'm going to modify the mount and the other picture is where I'm going to be cutting the flap off of the rest of the license plate holder... shouldn't be too difficult and the only cost was the $45 license plate bracket That's it... I'll repost when it's done...
Here's where I took a hand file to just get in a decent flat surface to be able to ***** punch it and then drill it on the drill press..
Set the mount up in the drill press jig and drill it through, no problem..
Put it back in the vise took a hack saw and cut down the ears to the drilled holes where the license plate holder pin will sit into the grooves that I made that are 90° from the original..
Here's a picture showing how I cut the license plate flap off of the mount and just brought it to a wire wheel cleaned it up and when I went to assemble it I had to take the spring that's in there that holds it all together and set it 90° from its original position to grab the bottom of the mount properly....
And this is fully assembled.. If you notice now my LED lights are facing towards the front of the bike which will shine right down onto the license plate.. Once off the bike this modification literally only took 30 minutes..

Just set a little curve on the license plate bracket.. hopefully will be able to put it all together in the next few days..

I must say I really like this license plate mount that I got through RevZilla, it tucks in nicely and is less than a half inch from the belt guard. The plate didn't fit it perfectly but can't be too picky..
Installed a DK Customs 636 heavy a/c to my SG. Did 1. Pul/run yesterday on the PV1, and I'll do 1or 2 more today. BUT !found out my battery is going bad so I might have to start at no. 1
