I might just keep it pass winter for my new garage since my small apartment complex has no secure covered parking for motorcycles
Great storage set up, who can't use a little extra space for their bike gear... Nice Viking Bags too

Tore down the carb. Spent a couple hours with a dremel cleaning up casting flash, mold parting lines, mold misalignments, and ejector pin remnants.

Polished the new stainless button hex cap screws that will replace the Philips crap it came with. Also polished several other bits and pieces.

Waiting for paint (more on that later) and reassembly:

Polished and assembled the new Mikuni choke cable and Troy's relocation bracket

Modified the stock long flex-shaft idle screw to be a shorty. I couldn't find a shorty that I liked and they're too expensive anyway. I like this and it was free. Looks nice polished.

Cool. Brought back such memories of rebuilding Mikuni dirt bike carbs 40-45 years ago. Lots of little parts in those things, aren't there???

Installed 4" pullback risers, and a new mustang wide touring, then went for nice two hour ride.

I also trial mounted the Cycle Visions In Close plate mount. The mounting bracket is brilliant, but the license backing plate needs adjustment. I'll have to drill and countersink some different holes next week.
