Not actually on my Wide Glide but something for her... I swapped off an R1 header and a few other Yamaha sport bike parts to a guy getting in to track riding for an unused HF/Pittsburgh motorcycle lift, did the SC-Longhair mod to the lift so I won't have to use the HD lift blocks and run her up on 2x4's, need a few additional washers as spacers to fully clear everything but it's already close... $12 in bolts, nuts and washers at the hardware store to easily lift a Dyna? Sign me up I'll take a few images when I get her exactly right...
Here's the mod thread if you've never actually seen it: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...ification.html

I spent a couple of hours rejuvinating the paint on my Low Rider. The paint was dull from all the swirl as well has having scratches around the gas cap, back of the tank from the seat as well as my legs. The rear fender was a mess from different seats and it also had some real deep scratches from someone before I bought it. I got rid of them all but one of the real deep scratches on the fender that is into the black paint. I have it polished enough that you have to look for it though. The lighting is poor and the pictures do not do it justice, the black gleams and looks nice and deep.

I rode my Dyna today. I put some gas in it, rode it down to Galveston, then down along the Ocean Highway to Freeport to visit an old shipmate from back in the day, then up to Lake Jackson for some fine Texas BBQ ribs and cold beer, and on back home...around 200 miles or so...
