Yes, exactly. The difference was so profound, I felt the need to post it and say so.
I was surprised a simple plug change would make that much difference.

I wonder if the old ones were gapped incorrectly.

While working on rebuilding my starter solenoid, I lost some small bits that fell underneath the starter and on the frame somewhere Now I can't find them. Is the Bermuda Triangle under my starter?

In the last couple weeks I've changed bars, new switches, new brake calipers and rotors. Figured it was a good day to clean her up and go for a ride.

Likely so. I'll know for sure when the feeler gauge shows up. Can't believe I don't have one already.

.035 is a good gap or ball parking, you could use the width of a nickel.

Tinkered with the positioning of the driving lights on my FXDL after I switched out my National Cycle Deflector Screen to a Memphis Shades Slim windshield. I've got the windshield positioned nicely but I'm not sure if I'm done with adjusting the lights. The driving lights hit the windshield in most positions so one option I have is to trim the windshield. However, I can already say the windshield is a big improvement in functionality over the Deflector Screen. The deflector did reduce the wind on my chest but also put it directly in my face. Not so much of an issue with a full face helmet but not so great with a half helmet that I wear most of the time now. My FXDL has become my exclusive every day (I work evening shift), all year, all weather commuter ride to work so the wind/rain management has become a more important issue.

After 1,500 miles and 1 terrible dirt road in the UP this thing needed a bath in the worst way. If you don’t already have one, you need a foam cannon.

Cyclevisions LED slick license plate #3.... as you can see I’ve siliconed this one to death. Hopefully that will keep this one from failing the 1st time it sees rain.
