Polished my likenew/used, freshly arrived primary cover in preparation for installation next week.
Dremel buffer pads get in those bolt hole areas nicely.
(getting rid of the gray, one piece at a time)

Replaced the front isolator finally.
Replacing rear brake caliper shortly, too. Maybe later this week, plus new shocks while I'm back there.

Nice clean look!
Not today but over past two weekends, installed new handle bar, all by myself in my garage and was pretty easy really. Took her out yesterday everything working and feeling great👍 going to adjust the headlight a bit and go out for a ride do some more testing...

Not today for sure, this was my entire winter project and it's still friggin winter here so I can't even ride it yet.
16" FMB Choppers bars, LA Choppers 1" riser extensions, Speed Merchant solid riser bushings, HD front signal relocate, Custom Dynamics Pro-Beam signals front and back, Thunderheader, DK coil relocate, old school left side gas cap, LA Choppers cables. Biltwell grips, FXDLS derby cover and mirrors, HD passenger pegs/mounts, and de-badged. It's still dirty cause I can't turn the water on yet...but it looks good from about 6'.

That thing was grody eh and shot, I'll bet that makes a difference! Post a pic with the new shocks
Great job, those bars and grips-that's a nice look and amber whiskey is a looker to begin with! Good hustle there
All super nice stuff, bike looks great and the de-badging is the bees-knees to be sure! Washings for sissy's, don't fall in with that crowd
Bike looks great, even with the acrophobia inducing bars

This has certainly been done before, but today I soldered some wires to the circuit board on my garage door opener.
These contacts were right behind the button that opens the door.
Drilled a hole for the wire, then snapped it back in the case.
Removed the fuel tank console and stuck the opener to the inside of the console with velcro. Drilled a hole in the side of the console and connected the wires to a waterproof momentary button.
It works like a charm. I used a door opener I already had and some leftover wire from the garage door opener beam sensors. The only cost was the 8 dollar button from Amazon. After that, I put a couple hundred more miles on the odometer.
