Finally finished buttoning up after throwing some new lifters in there. Got my Fat Cat on and man do I love this thing. It went on like it was OEM. I appreciate the tip on putting the gaskets in the freezer over night. They slid right it.
I took it for a ride yesterday and the tune from FM is very close. I almost don't want to mess with it, but you can't have a powervision and not mess with *****. So I'll run an AT after work today and see what happens.

Winter is nearly over here and I'm getting my winter projects buttoned up. Waiting for some cables and fluids to arrive so yesterday I adjusted my belt tension (it was way too loose) and checked the alignment.
If anyone has any experience with engine alignment pipe in here. I had no problem performing the check. Got the bike on a jack. Leveled the frame. Leveled the front rotor. Checked the rear rotor and I was about .75 of a degree out of level. The manual calls for getting it to within a degree so I know that's okay but for the sake of learning and killing time I adjusted the stabilizer. Did one turn and was still able to get the bolt to thread straight into the top motor mount (should be good per the manual) and checked the rear rotor again. Essentially no change. So I adjusted the stabilizer 3 full turns. Checked the rotor again, hadn't moved. I know it was moving the motor because I had to pull on the motor quite hard to get the bolt to line up. For a couple reasons I decided to go back the 3 full turns to basically where it was before. My question to people more knowledgeable than me... Why didn't it make a difference? I'm thinking if I were to loosen off the lower mounts and run the bike for a sec it would level itself out but my tank is off so I can't start it. Also, it looks to me like I'd need to adjust the motor at least an 1/8". Since this is still well within the manuals spec I'm not so worried about the performance of it, more just curious.

I thought the same thing. After all my adjustments I would make sure the frame was still perfectly level before checking the rotor. Had to adjust it a little bit once or twice but I'm not sure if that was from adjusting the motor mount or just from the bike slightly shifting. Never moved more than .15 of a degree.

Did all the work over the last few months. All I did yesterday was put 230mi on it. I realllyyy love good suspension and brakes. Bike is so much more fun to ride now.

Posted this in the club style/thug style Dyna thread as well but I did do this to my Dyna recently lol....
Installed all the LED's, painted the gauntlet fairing flat black, and added the Lepera Kickflip....very happy with how it turned out! Plus we caught temps of close to 70 degrees today in NY and I was off!! Great riding!!
