One each on the bottom sides of the rear struts, one each on the bottom side of the tank on the left and right of the cavity over the engine, one each on the tubes between the triple trees (they may move to the brackets in the fairing or the fairing itself), and one each on the outside edge of the footboard pans facing the engine.

Thanks. I've seen others that look like they are mounted to the front fender, so they shine more on the wheel, and wondered how the wires are run for those. Sounds like you didn't go that way, though, so you can't tell me. The rest is great info, though, and I appreciate it.

 

I do like that look and would have run it down the tube then under the fender but I don't like the idea that if it came loose it would be right on top of the tire.

 

Ordered the Motion Pro seal driver to fix my blown fork seal

 

Showed my son how to pull carb out and clean it.

Buttoned it all back up and it pulls like a dyna should now. He took it for his first ride. Was a bit chilly out and we only went a couple miles.
