What did you do to your Dyna today?
I did this about a month ago but I installed the JW Speaker Dual Headlight Kit. I used to have the Daymakers in the OE housings but I wanted to try something different. I finally got to test these at night and WOW, major upgrade over the Daymaker. Its literally as good as the LED on my car. Much better road lighting both up ahead and right in front of me. Completely impressed. However, they do look a little silly being smaller than the OE lamps. My buddy made a custom insert for me to fill in the surrounding gaps in the Dougz fairing.
I do not. My brother designed them and sells the kit through his company, Bare Knuckle Choppers. My bike was the test mule for the newer Dyna models.

Replaced my OEM 14" screen with a Memphis Shades 17". Painted the lower half inside black. Transferred the hardware.

Sorry was in too much I’d a hurry to get her ready for an upcoming trip. But I did fabricate a hitch/saddle bag support for my 2015 Fatbob. I think it turned out rather nice. Bags from a 2015 Road Glide from eBay.
Finally got it back together and took it out of the garage. Dennis Kirk was sponsoring a garage built bike show, so I figured I might as well enter it. Peoples Choice went to a red FDNY themed bagger. Oh well.
Really happy with how it turned out. Been planning this tank for quite a while. Also added some brass accents, a different seat & grips, and 2" extensions to the fork.

Well, mine got married this weekend...
Installed the wiring for my new Power Vision. I think I did an awesome job tucking the wire up under the tank and into the fuse box. Only problem is, what do I do with the free end of the cable (up by the handle bars) when the PV is not installed? And, it's not that easy to plug and unplug it. Any suggestions? Is it a fancy cable, or can I cut it and put a simpler plug somewhere out of the way, closer to the tank?
I installed the tune Dynajet recommended for my Screaming Eagle slip-ons. It made a big difference in the way the bike runs under light throttle: much smoother, and pretty much eliminated the surging I had before. Also, much less popping on decel; it was really too much before. I have another tune provided by Fuel Moto, but I am holding off on that one until I get my K&N intake installed, and the crankcase vents modified.

This was starting to be a real pain in my dick. I’m about 90% there now. Gotta grind the fins out of the outer primary tomorrow. Kids are in bed......

So by "hardware" do you mean the mounting clamps? Or were you able to swap the plastic and keep the metal strips and mounting clamps?
