What did you do to your Dyna today?

Finished my winter projects...I think... Knowing my budget was tight I made an optimistic to do list at the start of winter and finished it today. Last week I put on new rear shocks, a while back I put on my first powder coat order that included levers, horn cover, and headlight bezel. Today I finished installing the Progressive HD fork springs along with freshly powder coated fork lowers and axle caps. Haven't had a chance to ride yet but already can feel a huge difference. I'm not a huge guy (160 lbs) but went with the HD springs based on reading reviews and knowing I like things a bit stiffer. Today was a bit of a bugger because I had to dremel off a bunch of powder coating that wasn't supposed to have been done..inside the fork slider cap, and along the top of it where the cap slides on. Can't really complain though because I got the buddy price of $0 for my powder coating so a bit of a hassle is fine with me.
Only issue I've had is when I put my caliper back on I noticed there is a LOT of friction between my brake pads and rotors. Is that normal? I assume there would be some but when the bike was lifted and I spun the tire it was probably only getting around 1.5 times. Haven't even googled it yet so I'll get on that but if anyone has a recommendation that would be rad.
EDIT: Think the culprit MAY be that my forks are slightly uneven. Before I removed them I measured from the bottom of the bottom triple tree to the top of the axle opening. They were about 1/4" different. When installing them I went with what the service manual says and installed based on height ABOVE the top triple tree. Still had the same difference at the bottom. From what I'm reading and uneven axle will cause this sometimes. See if I can figured it out tomorrow.

Today I ordered a Bad&G Customs DBB03 Battery Bag with extra inside pocket for the bike, and quick release buckles (hidden under regular buckles).

Beautiful scene. We're 3-4 weeks behind your springtime. Ride safe.
