1,000 Mile Service Done By Eagle Rider New Orleans Before My 386 Mile Road Trip To Magnolia, Texas





3 1/2 more days of work driving those ship pilots around, Then I'm off on a nice Harley road trip to Magnolia, Texas (Monday Morning)<br/>386 Miles, About 7 Hours Riding Time Including Some Smoke Breaks Along The Way

 

Take the north route out of Lake Chas. Get off I 10, and enjoy the back roads. I 10 sux, and every road you've mapped around Houston will be congested. I know. Spent 30 years as a sales rep in the area.

Hopefully added a mo betta seat!!!! Saddleman RS Explorer with backrest.
Be a couple of days before I can really test it out so for now fingers crossed. PO installed the current Harley seat and it kills my tailbone after about 100 miles and finally just becomes unbearable especially on a 3-400 mile ride. Saddleman also looks much better IMHO and I can't tell it has moved me in any direction from the old seating position.

Got in an evening ride here, not that long, but still had three cars and one RV pull out in front of me. Once on a motorcycle, I do believe we become invisible or inconsequential, possibly both.
Every one enjoy, but man, be cautious of folks in vehicles with more than two wheels. tp dd50

I'm stopping by the Stealership to get a new rubber bumper for the jiffy stand on my Street Bob. Lost the stupid thing on a ride with the organization. Scraped pretty hard going into a parking lot and didn't even think of it. Checked when I got home and it was gone.....
