Just ordered a +1 kickstand to compensate with the 13.5" shocks! I also considered the +1 block to bolt on the oem kickstand, but 20 bucks more and a cleaner look, why not?

You made a good choice. I took my block off. Got tired of the kickstand dragging on the ground from the extra weight. If you build up the rest stop on the kick stand 1/4" or so you won't need a longer stand or a block.

Ya you need to weld on the kickstand to build up the angle stop. Sounds like you got it under control though with the new one.

Rode to coffee shop. Watched as people walked by to take a look at my bike. Did my Army time too.

I took my 2015 FXDL to the local speed shop today to get a S&S 110 Kit installed. I'll be sure to post before and after Dyno results and real world feedback when summer rolls around.

I had some extremely similar to those. I liked them but had to be mindful of what gloves I wore. Some gloves just didn't grip the leather. My synthetic/textile gloves worked best. Suede palms might also be good. Probably partly depends on if the gloves are oiled, too. I keep mine oiled...
