Never forget how blessed you are to be in that situation. Looks like joy and love abound there. Enjoy. tp

Merry Christmas everyone as well. My wife swore off getting me anymore bike parts lol. But hope you all get all you need and want too. Looks like a house full sixDD. We are down to only about 8 in a house for Christmas now for a short period. The daughter just got old enough and move out so shes spending it with the fiancee's family.

I converted my chrome lowrider double dash to a wrinkle black single gauge. Swapped out the speedometer with the dual purpose tach/speedo from Harley. I love it, it simplifies the bike the from an aesthetic look. And the gauge makes the bike feel "newer" in terms of the tech.
I put in the crossover valve disconnect the other day. First I tried it on the steel braided crossover line I had on the bike but after putting it together I knew it wasn't going to work. The fittings at each end of the line made it too stiff to be able to get the valve too far down the tube and the crossover ended up being too long to fit between the tank sides.
Luckily I had the crossover tubes from the tank lift kit still and I fit the lengths as I put it together on the tank. No good picture that way, but it fits great. The Polymer sleeve on the braided line was getting discolored from the heat anyway.
Merry Christmas all!

I went for a ride to see family. Christmas day is great for getting out on the road, they're so quiet. Thankfully the weather warmed up after last nights heavy frost.

Today I started cleaning and polishing the rear wheel and rotor - I'm not going crazy with it.
I also ordered a set of chrome rotor bolts and a chrome rear axle spacer set:

The new rear tire should be delivered on Thursday. If it wont work on the FXDB I'll save it for the Kaw. It's the same tire size as what's on the Kaw now.
