Lucky Dave's 12" San Diego bars and bushings fitted, and foot controls changed back to ff mids. Much more comfortable to ride, and i am a lot more connected to what the front tyre is doing. Lane-splitting is also a less risky affair. Huge improvement to the bike. I have Memphis Shades Hand Guards to fit this weekend. They're going to look a little strange until i get the Road Warrior Fairing fitted, but that's on back-order. At least they should take some of the chill off my hands. Also ordered the Lucky Dave's seat, should be here soon.

Aye! I'm picking up another one of the white plastic shelves from HomeDepot today. I would like more space to put take off parts. Today I plan to remove the rear wheel, maybe more, yah never know.

Do you fit your own tires?

Send me some extra space if you find any! I've got a new 30 x 40 (minimum) shop in my sights for next year. Fates willing.

I do fit my own tires with some hand tools.

Damn, 30 x 40 would be heavenly! Yet no matter how big you build it, you will eventually want more room.

I recently talked a friend into doing his own tires. He was paying $50 each for mount and balance.
