What did you do to your Dyna today?
PS: It's a Wisamic LED Projector Headlight

Cut the pre-load spacers another 1/2 inch and increased the turns on the Race Tech Gold Valves. Ready to put on the 1" fork extensions when they get here. Tip: to get the Gold Valves out of a fork tube that still has oil in it, put a large fishing hook on the end of a telescoping alligator clamp securely and use it to fish it out. The telescoping magnet did nothing but the fish hook easily grabbed the valve spring bolt to pull it out.
I'm still intrigued in modifying a sport bike swing arm to fit a dyna....I am confident with my welding and if reheat treated back to T6 I would feel completely safe.
Has anyone actually researched which swing arm would be the best donor? Of coarse at the end of the day after hours of labor it would be more cost effective to just buy new one like cggorman. I just like a challenge

Got a flash tune over at a local shop today. I didnt know this was available until a week ago. For those of you doing a stage 1 and are wondering what kind of fuel management system to get or if you should get it dynotuned, which are all close to 400 dollars, I paid 210 at my local shop to hook me up to a power vision and flash my bike. Instead of paying for the whole unit, I just pay for the licensing and use theirs, and they keep the unit. Im not planning on doing any engine work for a very long time (y'all know that's subject to change lol), and I've already spent enough since its the holidays so this was a really easy way get rid of decel pop and tune my bike up for cheap after doing my stage 1.

Newbie Dyna question: The Superglide I bought came with V&H slip ons and I've added an Arlen Ness Big Sucker intake.
Is this considered stage 1? Local bike shop suggested I look into a Thunder Max ECM but at that much $$$ is it really worth it?
I'm just after a smooth ride, good mileage and just a bit more performance.

My Speed Triple's arm is single-sided. It really makes service simple... The wheel just bolts to the hub with one big center nut. The wheel can be off in about 90 seconds, without disturbing chain tension or alignment.
