Got my bike back from the stealership Saturday morning. Runs 10x better than before. It should for what paid out to get it back. grrrrr... Oh well. price was forgotten as soon as I hit the rode. It's nice firing it up now and it not stalling, sputtering or having to wait forever to warm up enough so I can ride it. My bro picked up his first Harley this weekend too. A 2013 Fatboy. Nice looking bike.

Back to my bike what they found wrong with it. My fuel line going back to the pump had a bunch of holes in it. Fuel pressure regulator wasn't working and no pressure was being held. They would fire the bike up and 50psi would be there for about second, then gone. Intake seals were bad, IAC replaced.

I guess the "deal" I got for the bike at another shop I bought it from wasn't so much of a good deal. All good now, so, chalking it all up to Lessons learned.

I do need to figure out my LED turn indicator light situation. Either buy a load stabilizer for the lights. Or, go back to regular bulbs. I need to found out what has all been done with the wiring I suppose. Not sure if the PO put in just the LED bulbs. Or if there is a kit or something.

I just installed custom dynamics led turn signals and installed their equalizer. From what I’ve read the leds don’t pull as much power and makes the bike think a bulb is blown. If yours are flashing fast that is?

Finally got the V&H FP3 and installed a new map for the EFI with the new Rinehart slip-ons. Definitely a difference.

Damn those slip-ons on loud but sound soooooo good.

Good to see some pics of your bike outside the garage!

Right!?

Took a quick shake-down ride today amd identified a few little issues to correct. I'm also gearing up for a deep cleanse by ordering some Chemical Guys products to try out. Sitting in the workshop for so long has left it covered in grinding dust and dirt. Plus, it never got a bath after the tumble it took thru the countryside. Lots of embedded crap in the nooks and crannies.

Don't think I've ever posted a pic of the "clean" side of the bike. This is the side that got the most attention, ironically.

New pegs from Bungking

Going to try the HD reduced reach mounts to get another inch of ground clearance. My legs are too long for mids (or forward mids) so maybe with forwards set back and higher I can get more clearance and a more aggressive riding position.

Lot of work there! Looks slick. I love the Chemical Guys products. They also have a lot of good videos showing how to properly use their stuff.

Stopped and put gas in the tank this morning, 3.5 gallons at 140 miles think I pushed it plenty far.

Then gave it a much needed trip to the car wash on the way home.
