124" winter build...

First fire up of the day, let it idle a couple minutes or so. I touch the heads to make sure they are warm, then I'm off. I don't hammer it right away but my motor has healthy compression so it gets warm quick. Don't care about oil pressure dropping when I leave. After a few minutes of cruzin I will hammer it if I want to. Restarts after the bike is warm, I hit it with no hesitation right out of the gate. Gaskets are nice and warm and engine is heat cycled.

Your bike is looking good man and I've said it before, those grips are the best and they should be the stock grips on all Harleys.
Well, I might as well throw in one of my favorite saves from the Internet, hope you don't mind, maybe it will bring you luck and cheer up everyone's day who watches!
And if Emerican19 was here I'm sure he would say the same thing to everyone....Buenas noches Bitches

Well here's a picture of my best mod to date
Heavens gates got a new guard dog today. I got almost 9 strong years out of this guy and man am I going to miss him, my best friend to say the least, now a guardian angel with his sister looking over me and my girl on the road. His sisters collar is wrapped around the steering console in the truck.
My girlfriend just put together this little collage and I wanted to post it so everyone can see that this pittbull stereotype is bullshit. The shelters out there are full of these dogs that need good homes so for those of you looking for a new family member I encourage you to go check them out. I've never in my life seen dogs this smart with this much personality. I have a huge hole in my heart right now missing this guy, which I'll fill with whiskey for now but in time I will be visiting a local shelter and rescuing another one.
Anyway I know this isn't really motorcycle related but everyone that's followed this thread has seen plenty pictures of Thumper so I figured I might change someone's mind about how horrible pit bulls are. Goodbye my best friend you will truly be missed by many
