Thanks fellas! No riding yet, but man I want to take that thing for a spin. I got one more heat cycle and then she's parked til Wednesday when she goes on the dyno. Hopefully everything goes smooth and I can ride it home from there. I'll put another video up of the dyno.

Monster, can you briefly explain the heat cycle break-in procedures you are doing?

How many times, how long in between, how long does the engine have to run?

Thanks

I'm just following Kirbys start up procedure which is to verify oil pressure, start and let idle until the cylinders are too hot to hold for more than 4-5 seconds. Let it cool all the way back down and do it again, total of 3-4 times. I've run it twice, I'm gonna do one more and be done til it's on the dyno.

I see, thanks. Good stuff.

By the way, good job on your dog, I would almost bet that was the first dog on the Dyna forum video. Most assuredly, it was the first one of the day so hey, take two atta-boys out of petty cash, you earned it

Note: My dibs, still in effect barring all kin claims.

Also of note, I know you think you're all cool with the cool motor but guess what? I've got a little something cooking up my sleeve, something ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V5HA...0 ...wonderful That goes for everybody though But you, all of you will have to wait, big secret, big.
As long as I don't screw it up

So while your counting the seconds till your dyno day you can chew on that to help pass your time

Sounds bad ***! You should be ripping as you like once off the Dyno! Be careful. Just when you think your used to the power it can bite you. I've kicked my back tire out a time or two unexpectedly. Props!

Sounds like a beast.
Can't wait to hear how it went on the first ride.
