RE: how often do you wash your bikes?
i wash mine only about twice a year.all other times i use various products to clean. as a verteran biker,i find the less water the better . i knows others differ in opinion on this one . i have to admit.you will never find a cleaner motorcycle . honda spay polish/cleaner is awesome. it cleans everthing on your bike,i dry it off big time, then fire up my air compressor and blow it off,or,ride it down the raod, then hand dry again . only exception,if i get caught in the rain, then a bucket wash is a must !! never go to a spray wash !!! danger. that hi pressure will destroy a bike in a[sm=badidea.gif] heartbeat. and blow parts off. yep,i know people that really do this, and the bike looks like crap . just my opinion here :

I wash about twice a month out here in CALI, but then again my bike is a daily commuter. When I do was I use Meguires car soap and nano wax (really good stuff), then I use S100 for the rims and spokes (god i hate to clean those). then I use ICE detailing spray inbetween washes. It only takes 5 minutes a day to wipe down and keep looking like it just rolled off the show room floor.

If I'm riding it often to work during the week, it gets washed every weekend or every other week. I cant stand the brake dust on the wheels. Usually it just gets dust/pollen and brake dust since I dont ride in the rain. If I dont ride it, it just sits in the garage and stays clean.
