Is there anyone who makes 160 or 180 whitewalls

Nope.... all of us have researched it, extensively.... those who have whitewalls have either resigned themselves to changing rim size or using whitewall paint

I was doing the same thing you are ... The stock bob wheel is a 17x4.5 so I wanted to stay a similair width 16 inch rim and run a 160 white wall . I bought a rim off ebay 16x4.25 and then I started looking for tires . I was floored that the biggest I have found is a 150/90 .

the best cheapest route , I think, would be buyinga later 16 inch dyna or sporty rear wheel and lacing in your rear hub and running the 150 rear whitewall . It wont look MUCH different from behind as a 160 .
