Default "Perfect It" then "Finesse It"

I had some water/mineral deposits on my tank that I couldn't get rid of.
I decided to try these 3M product. I pick them up at NAPA.

Works with elbow grease, but I also have a rotary buffer that I used. This got rid of the spots and spiderwebs that Black is prone to show. It worked for me but it's not for the faint of heart.

Now I'm gonna do the fenders and finish everything off with "ICE" wax.

I use the 3M Imperial Hand Glaze every once in a while on my paint. It cleans the paintreally well for a pre-wax treatment. Are these 2 products your talking about similar to the glaze?

Not sure about "perfect it" but "Finesse It" uses light abrassives to smooth the paint. A typical "glaze" uses oils to fill in the imperfections..

A silver bike will never show the same type of scratches as a black paintjob, especially on a harley...

3m doesn't mix well pre wax treatment, I hope you plan on getting a new paint job soon.

I have used 3M products for quite some time and had no problems. Definitely don't need a new paint job. I would be interested in seeing supporting facts to your claim, but I am guessing there are none.
