Just ride and some of the dust will blow off.
Leave the rest on so you wont look like a RUB.

I used these when I was into the car seen, now I use the smaller version seen here for my bike. Just hit it with an air compressor first, just in case any big particles made it under the cover (unlikely).

Hit what with the air compressor? The bike or the cover?
Never ever use the compressor to blow anything off your bike. If you need to quickly clean your paint use a "quailty" waterless wash. Quick and Wash is one the can be found local..Walmart...it can be mixed in a spray bottle.

Dog just want to know best way to remove dust from bike. Bike is waxed - just dusty. Damp micro fiber cloth followed by dry one? just a dry micro fiber cloth? I've heard the California dustres work ok, but don't they leave waxy residue on the bike?????

California duster works great for me.........After you use it a few times and break it in.............there won't be any waxey residue. The darker it gets, the better it works

Its a good idea to wrap duster in newspaper before using. Also do not wash duster.
As I said above..the best way to remove dust is using a waterless wash or a quick detailer. The least expensive and most effective will be Quick and Easy Wash (made by ProtectAll) available at Walmart in boating section or any camper supply. You can add about a 1/4 oz or less to a 16oz spray bottle of water. Spray on Wipe Off.....this is a rinseless formula.
We never recommmend dry dusting.

Exactly. That's what I use. I never use any spray and wipe products, even for dust. The more you wipe onpaint the more likely you will end up with light scratches and swirls.
