Air blower

Air blower
Does anyone use something similar to this to dry their bike quickly? I usually just use a Mr. Clean auto dry. While there are no spots, the bike takes FORever to dry. There are several models to choose from on the site where I buy a lot of my car care stuff, so if you use one, let me know what it is and where you got it if it works great.

RE: Air blower
Well, I have a leave blower that attaches to my weed eater, but that is a bit difficult to control. I was thinking though instead of telling the wife I am buying it to dry the bike, that it can be used as a high powered broom anywhere and it only weighs 8 lbs. [sm=boink3.gif]

RE: Air blower
The problem with leaf blowers is that normally they are not dedicated to just drying. When used to blow leaf and debris and all that stirs up the blower is normally dirty. Since they are not filter and the blower is the exhaust whatever is sucked in is blown out. Now if the leaf blower is gas..all you have is an exhaust pipe.
Dedicated "electric" leaf blowers can be fine as long as dedicated and keep clean around intake. We even use this one when we detail autos. www.airwand.com
